An Analytics dashboard that offers an overview, engagement, and performance perspective, giving insight into the current status of a class or group
Provide Hub and Hub group facilitators a dashboard for diagnosing the health of their Hub/Hub group so that they may identify where and which students are struggling in the project-building process. By providing this resource, we aim to empower facilitators to play a proactive role in their cohorts by encouraging: Builder iterations. Providing student feedback and facilitate student engagement (notes, activities).

How might we help facilitators monitor and know their group performance and engagement?
An analytics dashboard to see and monitor group performance and improve the teaching materials and experience in the future.
RebelBase is a B2B SaaS platform that helps innovation become reality. Subscribers of RebelBase service get a "Hub" to invite groups to join the hub, manage their communities, and access modular courses for entrepreneurial guidance, leading to a project portfolio with a complete business plan.
A typical modular course consists of 4 hierarchies. Each builder covers different topics, occasionally supplemented with activities or workshops for enhanced learning.
Rebelbase data Analytics need to periodically provide the hub/ hub group performance to the organization facilitators.
Since I am not familiar with data presentation and data visualization. I did a research about how to use different chart.
A Hub could consider as the highest level. You could think that in one class(Hub) there are several groups(Hub groups). Using the IA, we could understand
Based on above research and IA, I developed different versions of mockups for the same flow. After I presented all versions I came up with, we did internal design critiques and I iterated on the design we finally agreed on to make high-fidelity prototypes.
One crucial insight gained from my experience underscores the vital role of active, cross-functional collaboration in the realm of design. Ensuring alignment among all stakeholders, ranging from team members to interfacing teams, is particularly crucial when dealing with projects demanding multifaceted team input. This alignment is pivotal for crafting effective design solutions.
The ability to articulate ideas effectively and remain receptive to suggestions is paramount for successful collaboration. Throughout this internship, I acquired the skill of proactively discussing my design choices and concerns within group deliberations. I also learned the art of diplomatic negotiation with other teams, especially when disagreements arose concerning our designs.
The working environment within our team was simply delightful. Every team member was incredibly supportive and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family in no time. Our communication was not only effective but also engaging and enlightening. We wholeheartedly delved into problem-solving, striving to discover the best possible solutions. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting during this internship.
